Postcard Guidelines
First of all, thank you for your time and for working to save the world, one postcard at a time! Even if you are an experienced postcard writer, please read the instructions below.

How to Request Post Cards
You can request by completing and submitting this form. We will provide postcards, addresses and the script
Guidelines
Mail per the instructions on the script
Writing your cards:
-
Handwrite your postcards legibly. Please print if possible as cursive can be hard to read.
-
Please underline or highlight the candidate's name.
-
Please only use black, blue or another dark color for the address. The zip code should be the only information on a fourth line as large as possible. This helps the USPS scanner machines.
-
Please put ONLY the stamp and address on the right half of the card, and leave a 1/4" space (about a finger's width) along the entire bottom for the scanner code

-
You may add "Volunteer" after you sign your name, but please only use your first name initials. Do not include your return address, email, last name, or social media information.
-
Shred addresses when finished
-
Feel free to post pictures of your postcards on social media. Be sure to cover the addresses before taking photos.

If you cannot complete all your addresses, please ask friends for help
or contact Karen and she will gladly take them back.
